Absolutely. We are happy to offer complimentary rescheduling for any changes made at least 24 hours before your scheduled session.
We know that life is unpredictable. Should you need to reschedule with less than 24 hours' notice, we've set up a thoughtful option for you. A new appointment can be scheduled upon payment of a €25 fee per hour of the originally booked session.
Kindly note that if you do not reschedule before the 24-hour window, the session will be considered forfeited.
This policy helps us ensure we can serve all of our clients effectively.
